BIG GAME FISHING ( TUNA EXCURSION )
The trip start very early in the morning at 4.45 with the participants being picked up at their hotel and taken to Ayia Napa Harbour where our vessel The Scuba Princess departs by 5am.
The Scuba Princess is a vessel spacially designed for game fishing fully equipped with Radar, Fish finders, GPS Plotter, Autopilot as well as all the safety gear requiredby Marine Law. The boat is fully licenced, insured and inspected by the Ministry of Trade and Commerce. The excursions take place on the South-East coast of Cyprus between Cape Greco and Cape Kiti. The maximum range of a trip can be up to 25 N M from shore. The boat trip lasts about 6 hours with the boat docked in the harbour by 11 am.

The main species targeted is Albacore Tuna (Thunnus allalunga) which is caught between the sizes of 5 and 60 Kg. Apart from this species, occational catches of Billfishes such as Marlins, Spearfich, Dolphinfish, Swordfish and Bonnitos take place. Often on fishing trips dolphins as well as the occational rare whale sighting take place.
